Im still in Brasil waiting for the green card for to be able to be with my husband without worries, this process takes ussualy 5 to 6 months... we are already 3 months in the process, i dont know how long it will take since we are already having a delay because it seems they have to much process for to analyze, but i pray for it to be fast.
Anyways my husband is coming to visit me so we can break that waiting time!
While im here im trying to fill my time doing fun things, being with my family, going to beaches, and doing some work here and there, nothing that can stop me from doing the things i want to do, vacations and all.
I will post some pictures of big island is where i was the last weekend its a paradise there, we stayed at a camping it was cheap and great!
Hope you all are having a great week, and im sorry for not writting more often! beijos!

All this happened because i was wanting to go visit big island, since ive been there in 3 years ago, and i was missing it there. I told my family i would go, alone, and some of them wanted to come with me. I would stay at a hostel, that is around 40 reais per night. But then i found out online about campings there and people were saying very good things about the campings there so i decided to go for that adventure and stay at a camping, it was tottaly worth it, we stayed at a great and clean camping, with bathrooms, showers, kitchen everything very clean and organyzed.
The first day we just walked around the beautifull little downtown at the island... we cooked to ourselfs so we did not spend any money with food, it was an amazing and cheap trip!
the second day we went on a boat trip to blue lagoon and baleia beach and another beach that i forgot the name, all very pretty... it was a cloudy day but the ocean was still looking amazing beautifull and peacefull, the water was warm in some points and very cold in others but equaly great!
You can to do snorkling and diving there if you want, just need to rent the equipament. They have many different kinds of trips to many different beaches, but my favorite ones are, blue lagoon and green lagoon!
The third day we decided to walk to where they had the prision for bad criminals, though we did not know it would be soooooooooo longgggg walk, about 10 kilometers...or more. We took 3 hours on the way to the prision that is behind a beach called two rivers... the way is beautifull though, you can see many different kind of flowers and plants , some monkeys.. and you hear all kind of birds sounds... it was a sooo sooo tiring walk hahah that in some point you start to regret of it. But when you get to the beach you see how beautifull it is, and the sides of the beach where the rivers meet with the ocean its amazing and you feel it was worth it! The problem is that we were completly unprepared for a hike like that, we had no water, we were wearing slippers since we did not know we would do that nobody had tennis or things for hiking.. this made the hike a lot harder and tiring, AND we were going to leave the island at that same day, so we had to be back to the camping at the max 3pm for to get ready and leave in the boat at 5pm. Well... it was a good lesson to learn, next time i go there i will not let to visit the 2 rivers beach at the last day... we started or hike at 5am got there at 8am and then a police man who watch the prision and the beach told us about some trails that makes te hike shorter and we did went on that trails on our way back to the camping... so our hike back was a lot faster, we made it in 2 hours... but the hike was harder. Im sedentary now haha im not doing any kind of exercising, so because of that hike i spent 2 days almost not walking hahahaha my legs butt hips was hurting so much... today im feeling a lot better :)
well it was ver worth it that adventure, and im definitly going back there soon !
Hi Renatinha!!
ResponderExcluirI saw your post on my blog!
How's your processing going? I saw some of your wedding pictures, and they look just great!
I was amazed for seen how well you write in English and also the idea that you decided to write your blog in English, very cool!
Did you ever come to US? I mean, the knowledge you have of the English is going to make things easier for you related to finding a nice job here. I have had a hard time to get started here, but I'm getting there, I hope! Lets keep in touch!!!
God bless you and help you both during this time of the visa process! :)
